Cast iron radiators, once a throw away
commodity in house clearances due for renovation, are now finding their
rightful place back in these houses and also in many modern designed
buildings - with the added benefit of modern paint finishes to enhance
these already beautiful pieces of engineering.
All our radiators are saved from the scrap man's crusher and are
tenderly restored back to their former glory by firstly
shotblasting
the radiators to remove any paint and rust also to provide a 'key' for
the paint to adhere to, then pressure testing to 4 bar (way above the
average household central heating operating pressure) to reveal any leaks
that are not visible to the naked eye. Finally a finish
coat of your choice is applied.
NOTE- If you see a colour that you like, supply us
with a credit card sized sample and we can match it for the finish coat on
your radiator
All finished radiators are wrapped in a protective
wrapping to await your collection or for us to deliver at your
convenience.
